Your privacy is of great importance for Organization & Consultancy Agency for the Participation Council. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that we:

  • To clearly record our purposes before we process your personal data, through this privacy statement;
  • Save as little personal data as possible and only the data that is necessary for our purposes.
  • Request explicit permission for the processing of your personal data, if permission is required.
  • Take necessary security measures to protect your personal information. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us.
  • Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed with us.

Your data is safe with us and we will always use this data neatly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with the website with information that we learn about you.

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number and name and address details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in subsequent questions. We can also train our customer service to be even better.

Your account

For certain parts of our website you must first register. You must then enter information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.
For this we use your name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address and payment details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information up to six months after you have lifted the account.
We keep this information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time and so that we can approach you more easily if needed at the website. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.


Our website has general advertisements. We do not keep personal data, so we do not know whether you like it either.


We keep statistics on the use of our website

Social media buttons are included in our website. The administrators of these services collect your personal data.


Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to enter it all the time. But we can also see that you are visiting us again.

When you visit our website for the first time, we present a notification with an explanation about cookies. Hereby we will ask for your agreement for the use of these cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from our website will not work properly anymore.

We have made agreements about the use of the cookies with other companies that place cookies.

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.


Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We always adjust security and pay attention to what can go wrong.


When our website changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
